INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of juice ( any juice flavor you like)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/3 cup of corn starch
- 1 tsp of butter
- Icing sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Begin by mixing the juice, sugar, and corn starch off heat.
- Then move to the cooker at low heat.
- Keep stirring until it thickens.
- Then add the butter.
- Mix for 2 minutes and it's done.
- Place in a dish that is layered with cling film
- before pouring the delight to form a shape.
- Allow cooling completely. Then cut into desired pieces.
- Coat in icing sugar, and serve.
