Easy Air Fryer Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

INGREDIENTS

Blend 1

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

Blend 2

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 3 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. To a medium bowl, Choose Blend 1 or Blend 2 above.  Mix until the seasonings are well blended.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the seasoning mixture.
  3. Preheat the air fryer 3-5 minutes at 380°F.
  4. Once the air fryer is ready, spray with some non-stick spray and add the chicken thighs in a single layer with the flat smooth-side down.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes.  Flip and cook another 5-10 minutes until the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165°F. 
  6. Once done, the chicken thighs will be tender and juicy and the edges crispy. Remove from air fryer, let cool, then enjoy with your favorite sides.
