INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4 tsp garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1 pinch black pepper
- fried chicken, serving
DIRECTIONS
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice and sugar, stirring until sugar has dissolved.
- Stir in minced garlic, parmesan, salt, red pepper flakes, basil, thyme and pepper.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary.
- Transfer to serving bowl and serve with hot chicken or veggies.
TIP
If you're not a fan of mayonnaise you could swap it out with either cream cheese or a 50/50 combo of cream cheese and sour cream.
