I Will Always Love You...Movie Moments
I Will Always Love You...Movie Moments
Originally written and sung by Dolly Parton in 1974.

Released a second time for her movie "The Best Little Whorehouse In Texas" in 1982.  It got a third chance in 1992 by Whitney Houston for her movie "The Bodyguard".  Both versions by these iconic ladies became...iconic.  Then Kelly Clarkson did a mashup of the two for the 2022 American Country Music Awards.

When asked in an interview if it bothered her that Whitney's version became so popular; Dolly's reponse in her sweet country twang was legendary...

"Of course not!  Those residual checks cashed just fine".
