INGREDIENTS FOR MEAT

  • 2 lb Chuck Roast
  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • 6 Carrots
  • 4 Medium Russet Potatoes
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Dry Red Wine
  • Olive Oil

SEASONINGS

  • 1 tsp Lawry's Seasoning Salt
  • 1 tsp Beef Boullion
  • 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Garlic Pepper Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Rosemary

TIPS

  • Pressure cook on low for 15 minutes first and then on high for 40 minutes.
  • If you want a tender, but not falling apart roast, do about 20 min a pound.
