INGREDIENTS FOR MEAT
- 2 lb Chuck Roast
- 2 Celery Stalks
- 6 Carrots
- 4 Medium Russet Potatoes
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Red Onion
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Dry Red Wine
- Olive Oil
SEASONINGS
- 1 tsp Lawry's Seasoning Salt
- 1 tsp Beef Boullion
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Garlic Pepper Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Rosemary
TIPS
- Pressure cook on low for 15 minutes first and then on high for 40 minutes.
- If you want a tender, but not falling apart roast, do about 20 min a pound.
