Many of you may remember when "Men in Black" came out. You likely recognized the bass line if you were born before the 80s.
Patrice Rushen is an R&B post-disco singer with several familiar songs. One such song was released in 1982 called "Forget Me Nots".
Will Smith then sampled this song in 1997 for his song "Men in Black" which was the title track from the film of the same name.
