- 2 oranges
- 1 cucumber
- 1 apple
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel
- 2 glasses of water
- Peel the pineapple and the apple and cut them into pieces.
- Peel the oranges too.
- Cut the unpeeled cucumber into slices.
