MATERIALS NEEDED

• 29" x 29" of African print fabric
• 29" x 29" of satin fabric
• Length of elastic band should be = head circumference 

SIZING BY AGE

• Toddlers 7-8" radius
• Older kids 8-9" radius
• Adults 10-14" radius
