This could NOT be simpler. It takes just 5 minutes to throw together and let the crockpot do it's magic.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 - 15.5oz cans Black Beans (Low Sodium)
  • 2 - 15.5oz cans Kidney Beans (Low Sodium)
  • 1 - 15.5oz can Cannellini Beans (Low Sodium)
  • 2 - 10oz cans Diced Tomatoes with Jalapenos (Green Chilis)
  • 1/4c Chili Seasononing OR whatever you want to use

DIRECTIONS

  1. Dump everything into the slow cooker.
  2. Stir it up!
  3. Cook on Low for 4 - 6 hours.  Stirring occasionally to let the flavors really blend together.  You can also just cook it on high for about 2 hours to get it done quick and serve warm.

TIPS

  • You can swap the beans for any beans you like.
  • Season however you like.
  • To thicken it; I use a small can of tomato paste.
  • Sometimes I will dice up and add a small onion and bell pepper.  For a little extra punch.
