
This could NOT be simpler. It takes just 5 minutes to throw together and let the crockpot do it's magic.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 - 15.5oz cans Black Beans (Low Sodium)
- 2 - 15.5oz cans Kidney Beans (Low Sodium)
- 1 - 15.5oz can Cannellini Beans (Low Sodium)
- 2 - 10oz cans Diced Tomatoes with Jalapenos (Green Chilis)
- 1/4c Chili Seasononing OR whatever you want to use
DIRECTIONS
- Dump everything into the slow cooker.
- Stir it up!
- Cook on Low for 4 - 6 hours. Stirring occasionally to let the flavors really blend together. You can also just cook it on high for about 2 hours to get it done quick and serve warm.
TIPS
- You can swap the beans for any beans you like.
- Season however you like.
- To thicken it; I use a small can of tomato paste.
- Sometimes I will dice up and add a small onion and bell pepper. For a little extra punch.
