INGREDIENTS
- 2 to 4 pounds Chicken Thighs
- 4 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano Leaves
- 1 Onion Diced
- 4 Garlic Cloves Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 1/2 cup Rice
- 1 1/2 cup Broth
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 350.
- Prepare as directed on stovetop.
- Cook in oven 30 minutes.
- Pull out to check. Give a little movement/stir. Test the temp of the chicken. (shooting for 165)
- Place back in oven and cook another 15-20 minutes.
- Remove and enjoy.
