Another weight loss cabbage soup but this time with a Mexican twist!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 cup onion
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cup celery
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 2 cups cabbage
- 1 large tomato
- 1 tbsp taco seasonings
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt per taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 32 oz bone broth or vegetable broth or chicken stock anything you have
- 1 large zucchini
- 1/2 jalapeno optional (gives a good kick)
- cilantro 1/2 cup
- Avocado for garnish.
- Lemon or lime optional
