Using only two ingredients I'm guessing you've never considered this version of "fries".
- Salt/seasoning (optional)
- Basically these are rolled fries.
- Shave the potato to thin slices.
- Soak them a moment to get out some starch. Pat them dry.
- Sprinkle on cornstarch.
- Roll them and close them with a toothpick.
- Fry them up to golden brown.
- Sprinkle on some salt or your preferred seasoning and you're good to go.
