Easy and moist southern cast iron cornbread.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Cornmeal of your choice
  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 1/2 C Buttermilk
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Baking Bowder
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt

Baked @ 425 degree preheated oven for about 20-25 mins. (Oven time bake and temperatures can vary.)
