Easy and moist southern cast iron cornbread.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Cornmeal of your choice
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 1/2 C Buttermilk
- 1 Stick Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 1/2 Tsp Baking Bowder
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
Baked @ 425 degree preheated oven for about 20-25 mins. (Oven time bake and temperatures can vary.)
