Bacon Fried Corn
If you like bacon, corn and all things fried; this going to make you drool. So easy!


  • 2 pounds of frozen corn
  • 3/4 pound of bacon, chopped
  • Tequila Lime seasoning
  • Chunky garlic paste
  • Fresh chopped cilantro
  • Mexican grating cheese (queso fresco or cotija)
  • Cheddar Jalapeno Cheetos
  • Crema (Mexican table cream)
  • Lime wedges


  1. Heat the Blackstone Griddle to high heat.
  2. Cook the chopped bacon on the griddle until it's 80-90% done.
  3. Once the bacon is nearly cooked, add the frozen corn to the griddle and mix it with the bacon.
  4. Sprinkle the Tequila Lime seasoning and chunky garlic paste over the corn and bacon mixture.
  5. Add fresh chopped cilantro to the mixture and mix well.
  6. Continue cooking the mixture until everything is fully cooked, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve the corn and bacon mixture in a bowl or serving cup.
  8. Top with the Mexican grating cheese, Cheddar Jalapeno Cheetos, and a drizzle of crema.
  9. Serve with a wedge of lime on the side. Enjoy!
