They are so light, fluffy and a quick bread for dinner that will melt in your mouth.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 stick butter at room temperature
  • 1 cup self rising flour

DIRECTIONS

  • Pre-heat oven to 375°F
  • Mix all together well
  • Using a muffin pan spray the holes with non-stick spray.
  • Drop a spoonful into each cup. (or fill them if you want larger biscuits)
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes

MODIFICATION

1/2 stick butter - they will be lighter, rise higher, crispy on the bottom and brown on the top.
