Pumpkin Pie Dip
If you are the kind of person that loves all things pumpkin spice then this dip is for you. Perfect for the holidays. Super simple and takes about 5 minutes to throw together.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of Pumpkin Puree
  • 4 oz of Cream Cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 8 oz of Cool Whip
  • 1.5 oz of Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 1/4 cup of Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, using a handheld electric whisk, cream together the cream cheese and powdered sugar, then add in the pumpkin puree, pudding powder, pumpkin pie spice and cool whip and whisk until thoroughly combined.
  2. Pop it in the fridge to set for about an hour then serve with sliced apples, shortbread cookies, molasses cookies, graham crackers, creme filled wafers, vanilla wafers or ginger snaps.

Not that seven ingredients is too many BUT if you're looking for an even SHORTER recipe.  I've got you covered.  This one has five!

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1½ cups whipped topping cool whip

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, whip together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice, whip until fully incorporated.
  3. Using a rubber spatula, fold in the whipped topping.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with your favorite dippers, enjoy.
