INGREDIENTS
- 3 lbs bone in chicken seasoning with salt and bp
- 7 New Mexico or guajillo Chile pods
- 1 Chile ancho
- 2 chile moritas
- 1 large Tomato
- 1/2 onion
- 5 garlic cloves
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp chicken bouillon
- 1 tsp coariander seeds
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 8 whole cloves
