- 2 cups mostly melted ice cream, any flavor
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour or (1 1/2 C. all-purpose flour + 1 3/4 t. baking powder + 1/4 t. salt)
- rainbow sprinkles (optional)
Bake at 350˚F/180˚C for 35-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
