INGREDIENTS
- Lemon juice - ½ cup (120 milliliters)
- Granulated sugar - ⅔ cup (120 grams) + ¼ cup (50 grams)
- Water - ⅓ cup (100 milliliters)
- Cornstarch - 3 tbsp. (30 grams)
- A pinch of turmeric
- Whipping cream - 1 cup (250 grams)
This recipe will make 4-6 servings, depending of the size of your glasses, but you can easily double or triple it if you want more (and you will, this mousse is irresistible!).
