Roasted Garlic and Thyme Compound Butter

Compound butter is a great way to add flavor to a wide variety of dishes. It goes well on steaks, baked potatoes, pasta, rice, bread, sautéed chicken or fish. You can even add it to a sauce for a taste explosion.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 garlic bulbs
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 stick of unsalted butter – 1/2 cup or 113g
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

 

Bake the roasted garlic for 50 minutes at 350˚ F or 176 ˚ C
