How to Cook Tofu!

Our four go-to ways to prepare tofu: baked, sautéed, fried, and scrambled. Perfect for a variety of meals. YUM!

Sauce Recipe:

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/3 cup sesame oil
  • 1/8 cup to 1/2 cup peanutbutter
  • 2 tablespoons chili paste
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Garlic and ginger to taste

Depending on your taste you could use less sugar and peanut butter replacing it with more garlic.  I mean, who doesn't like garlic!
