Aside from the Yeast; you likely have all of these ingredients in your house already.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/4 cups Whole Milk
- 2 1/4 teaspoon instant Yeast (one packet)
- 2 large Eggs
- 8 tbsp unsalted butter - melted and cooled
- 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 1/4 cups Bread Flour
- Oil for frying
GLAZE
- 4 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 cup Whole Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
You'll need a Donut cutter which comes with the donut hole cutter as well.
