- 2 (10 oz) cans Old El Paso Red Enchilada Sauce
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
- (optional) chopped Green Onions, Sour cream, or Olives for garnish
- Tortilla chips for dipping
Caramelized Onions and Bacon Dip

- 6 - 8 slices Bacon uncooked and chopped
- 1 large Onion finely chopped
- 16 oz. Sour Cream
- 2 tbsp. minced Chives
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Chips or sliced Veggies for serving
