Epic Cajun Crab and Shrimp Alfredo

When it comes to food, few things ALWAYS hit... this recipe just happens to be one of them. You can't go wrong with this Cajun Alfredo (if you have a shellfish allergy, use chicken. and or sausage) .

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 oz fettuccine noodles
  • 1/2 lb Crab Meat (lump, claw, special, whatever is on sale)
  • 1lb Large Shrimp
  • 4 tbs Butter
  • 2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 1.5 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Shredded)
  • 1/2 Cup Pecorino Romano Cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 3 cloves garlic (Minced)
  • 1/2 Cup Dry White Wine - optional
  • 1 lemon - optional
  • Creole Seasoning
  • Old Bay
  • Ap Seasoning
  • Diced Parsley
