INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz Pomegranate juice
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Pour all ingredients in a pot and turn it up to a medium-high heat.
- Once it reaches a rolling boil turn it down to a low-simmer. Stirring occassionally.
- When bubbles start forming it is getting close (about 30 minutes total).
- When you feel it is starting to thicken up how you like; take it off the burner.
- Let it cool enough to pour into a container.
- Once it is room temperature you can put the container into the refrigerator.
- It will thicken up while it sits in the refrigerator.
- In a couple hours you are ready to use it.
