1 Mug Before Bed...Sleep Deeply and Burn Belly Fat

This fat burning elixir is one of my favorites in boosting metabolism while your body is in a restful state. The L-theanine in matcha tea affects the neurotransmitters in the brain to help you relax before bedtime, helping you to sleep more easily.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup of Hot Water (Approx. 10 Ounces)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Matcha Green Tea
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Ground Turmeric
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Ground Cardamom
  • Few Dashes of Cayenne Pepper
  • Juice of 1/4 of a Lemon
  • Few Drizzles of Raw Organic Honey (Or Natural Sweetener...the honey doesn’t go in until all are already mixed together.)
