INGREDIENTS
- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon your favorite seasoning blend
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Olive oil spray
DIRECTIONS
- Use a fork to poke several holes in each pork chop to allow the seasoning and buttermilk to penetrate.
- In a shallow dish, combine the all-purpose flour and your chosen seasoning blend. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In another shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and milk to create the egg wash.
- Dip each pork chop first into the seasoned flour, ensuring it’s fully coated. Then, dip the flour-coated pork chops into the egg wash. Finally, coat them once more in the seasoned flour, ensuring an even coating.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Place the coated pork chops in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Lightly spray the tops of the pork chops with olive oil spray. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time, until golden brown and crispy on the outside and cooked through to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
